Infrastructure that scales with you

Scalable infrastructure is the foundation of digital innovation. We plan, migrate, secure and run Azure environments — and the AI and agent platforms built on them.

Azure Cloud Assessment & Strategy

Moving to the cloud requires more than migration — it requires vision.

Our Azure Cloud Assessment provides a full review of your existing infrastructure, applications and workloads, identifying opportunities for modernization, cost optimization and performance improvements.

Using Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework, we build a tailored roadmap aligned with your business goals — whether you’re starting your Azure journey or expanding an existing footprint. The result: a step-by-step plan that reduces risk, maximizes ROI and ensures a smooth, secure transition.

  • Current-state review of infrastructure and workloads
  • Cost, scalability and modernization opportunities
  • Roadmap based on Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework

Well-Architected Review

An independent check of your Azure workloads against Microsoft’s five pillars of good architecture.

We review existing or planned workloads against the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework: reliability, security, cost optimization, operational excellence and performance efficiency. Workshops with your architects and operations teams are combined with Azure Advisor recommendations, the Well-Architected Review assessment and a hands-on look at configuration, networking, identity and monitoring.

You receive a scored report per pillar and a prioritized remediation backlog — quick wins first, structural changes planned — that can be tracked over time and repeated after major changes, audits or incidents.

  • Assessment across the five Well-Architected pillars
  • Workshops plus Azure Advisor and configuration review
  • Scored findings per workload and pillar
  • Prioritized remediation roadmap
  • Repeatable reviews after major changes

Migration & Modernization

Move workloads, applications and data to Azure with minimal disruption.

We handle lift-and-shift, re-platforming or full modernization, depending on your needs. With proven methodologies, automated tools and governance best practices, migrations are cost-efficient, secure and future-ready.

Beyond migration, we refactor legacy applications into cloud-native services using containers, Kubernetes (AKS) and serverless technologies.

  • Lift-and-shift, re-platform or refactor
  • Containers, AKS and serverless
  • Automated, governed migration process

Security & Compliance

Zero Trust principles across your entire Azure estate.

From Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access to Key Vault and Defender for Cloud, we enforce strong access controls and threat detection across identities, devices, applications and data.

Automated policy enforcement and reporting keep you compliant with GDPR, HIPAA and ISO 27001.

  • Conditional Access and identity protection
  • Defender for Cloud and Key Vault
  • Automated compliance policies

Infrastructure Management & Optimization

Managing Azure doesn’t stop at deployment.

We provide ongoing management covering performance monitoring, patching, scaling and backup. Using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Automation, we keep your environment healthy and cost-efficient.

Our experts continuously right-size workloads and apply governance policies to prevent cost overruns — with 24/7 proactive monitoring, so you can focus on the business.

FinOps

Make cloud spending visible, accountable and predictable — without slowing teams down.

We put the FinOps Foundation practices to work on your Azure estate: a tagging and cost-allocation model so every euro is attributed to a team, product or customer; showback and chargeback reports in Microsoft Cost Management and Power BI; budgets, anomaly alerts and forecasts that reach the people who can act on them.

On the optimization side we right-size and schedule resources, remove idle spend, and plan commitments — Azure Reservations, Savings Plans and Azure Hybrid Benefit — against real usage. The result is a lower, predictable bill and a recurring review rhythm shared by finance, IT and engineering.

  • Tagging and cost-allocation model
  • Showback and chargeback reporting
  • Budgets, anomaly alerts and forecasting
  • Right-sizing, scheduling and idle-resource cleanup
  • Reservations, Savings Plans and Azure Hybrid Benefit
  • FinOps operating model with finance and engineering

IaC & SysOps

Infrastructure defined as code, and operations that run it reliably every day.

We describe Azure environments as code with Bicep and Terraform — landing zones, networks, identity, policies and workloads — stored in Git and deployed through Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions pipelines with reviews, automated tests and approval gates. Environments become reproducible, drift is detected and changes are fully traceable.

On the SysOps side we run what is deployed: monitoring and alerting with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, patching with Azure Update Manager, backup and disaster-recovery testing, runbooks and automation, and incident handling with clear escalation paths, so day-to-day operations are consistent and documented.

  • Bicep and Terraform modules and landing zones
  • CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
  • Policy as code and drift detection
  • Monitoring, alerting and patch management
  • Backup, DR testing and runbook automation
  • Incident management and operational documentation

AI Infrastructure

An enterprise landing zone for AI: secure, governed and ready for production workloads.

We design and deploy the Azure foundation that AI workloads run on: Microsoft Foundry hubs and projects, Azure OpenAI and model-catalog deployments, Azure AI Search for retrieval, and GPU or serverless compute sized to the workload. Everything lands in a governed environment built on Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework, with private networking, Key Vault and policy from day one.

Capacity and cost are planned up front — provisioned throughput versus pay-as-you-go, regional quotas and model choice — and controlled afterwards with budgets, usage dashboards and an AI gateway in front of the models for rate limiting, routing and audit.

  • AI landing zone on Azure (Cloud Adoption Framework)
  • Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI and model catalog
  • Retrieval with Azure AI Search and vector stores
  • Private endpoints, no public model egress
  • AI gateway with Azure API Management
  • Token, quota and cost governance

Enterprise Agentic Orchestration

From single assistants to multi-agent systems that act across the enterprise — with identity, guardrails and audit built in.

We build the orchestration layer that lets AI agents plan, call tools and hand work to one another. Agents run on Foundry Agent Service and Microsoft Agent Framework, connect to enterprise systems through Model Context Protocol (MCP) and OpenAPI tools, and collaborate through the agent-to-agent (A2A) protocol — open standards that avoid lock-in.

Identity is where most agent projects stall. Every agent gets its own Microsoft Entra Agent ID with least-privilege access, user context is passed on-behalf-of the signed-in person, and human-in-the-loop approval gates guard high-impact actions. Tracing, evaluations and content safety give security and compliance teams the visibility they need to sign off.

  • Multi-agent workflows on Foundry Agent Service
  • Microsoft Agent Framework, MCP, A2A and OpenAPI
  • Microsoft Entra Agent ID for every agent
  • Least-privilege and on-behalf-of access
  • Human-in-the-loop approvals for critical actions
  • Tracing, evaluations and content safety
  • Publishing to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot

Application-Specific AI

AI built into the applications your business already runs — not a separate chatbot.

We design agents and copilots for a specific application or process: grounded in its data, connected to its APIs and governed by its access rules. Typical starting points are service-desk and IT operations agents, document and contract processing, identity and access workflows such as access requests and reviews, and assistants embedded in line-of-business applications or Dynamics 365.

Each use case starts with a scoped pilot measured against agreed success criteria, then moves to production with integration, monitoring, a feedback loop for continuous evaluation and runbooks for your teams.

  • Use-case discovery and scoped pilots
  • Grounding in application data (RAG)
  • Integration with line-of-business APIs and Dynamics 365
  • Agents for IT and identity operations
  • Extending Microsoft 365 Copilot with custom agents
  • Production rollout, monitoring and evaluation
