Security as strategic assurance

Security is not just defense — it’s strategic assurance for digital growth. We design and run Zero Trust programs end to end.

01.01

Assessment & Roadmap

A clear picture of your security posture, and a phased plan to improve it.

Our Zero Trust journey starts with a clear picture of your current security posture. We perform a deep assessment of your IT environment, measuring strengths, identifying vulnerabilities, and benchmarking against trusted Zero Trust maturity models such as NIST and Forrester.

Through interviews, audits, and automated scans, we map out gaps in identity, devices, networks, and applications. Based on the findings, we create a tailored roadmap that prioritizes quick wins while setting long-term goals — a practical, phased strategy aligned with your business objectives and budget, delivering measurable improvements without disrupting day-to-day operations.

  • Posture evaluation against Zero Trust maturity models (NIST, Forrester)
  • Gap analysis across identity, device, network and application security
  • Step-by-step roadmap aligned with business priorities

Identity & Access Management

Identity is the new perimeter. Every user is verified, every time, with only the access they need.

Identity is the cornerstone of Zero Trust. We implement strong Identity and Access Management solutions that continuously verify every user, regardless of location. From Multi-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-On to role-based access and adaptive policies, users only get the access they truly need.

Using behavioral analytics and context-aware controls, we minimize insider risk while improving user experience. Beyond authentication, we optimize the Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle so that access is always appropriate, up to date, and revoked when no longer needed.

  • MFA and Single Sign-On
  • Role-based, context-aware, least-privilege access
  • Continuous verification with behavioral analytics
  • Identity governance and Joiner–Mover–Leaver lifecycle

Multitenant Organizations & Cross-Tenant Collaboration

One organization, many Microsoft tenants: people work together across all of them, securely and without duplicate accounts.

Groups, holding companies, mergers and acquisitions, multi-brand retailers and international subsidiaries often run several Microsoft Entra tenants. We turn them into a Microsoft Entra multitenant organization (MTO): users find each other in Teams and Outlook, share files and meet across tenants, and reach applications wherever they are hosted, while each company keeps control of its own tenant.

Under the hood, cross-tenant synchronization automatically creates, updates and removes B2B accounts as people join, move or leave, so access follows the Joiner–Mover–Leaver lifecycle instead of manual invitations. Cross-tenant access settings define who can reach what, inbound and outbound, and which MFA and device-compliance claims are trusted between tenants. Tenant restrictions v2 stop data leaving through unmanaged external tenants or personal accounts.

The same model covers collaboration with external partners and suppliers: B2B collaboration and Teams shared channels (B2B direct connect), access packages with sponsors and expiry, and periodic access reviews, all under Conditional Access.

  • Multitenant organization (MTO) design and rollout
  • Cross-tenant synchronization of users and groups
  • Cross-tenant access settings: inbound, outbound, trust
  • Trusted MFA and device claims between tenants
  • Unified people search and collaboration in Teams and Microsoft 365
  • Tenant restrictions v2 against data exfiltration
  • B2B collaboration, B2B direct connect and shared channels
  • Access packages and access reviews for partners
  • Tenant consolidation for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures

Network & Cloud Security

Protect every connection across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments.

Traditional firewalls are no longer enough. We design and implement Zero Trust network strategies that protect every connection. Micro-segmentation isolates sensitive assets, preventing lateral movement in case of a breach.

Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) extends these protections to remote users, ensuring consistent policy enforcement everywhere. All data flows are encrypted, while intelligent policies verify device posture and user identity before access is granted.

  • Micro-segmentation to limit lateral movement
  • SASE integration for cloud and remote users
  • End-to-end encryption and policy enforcement
01.05

Device & Endpoint Security

Only verified, compliant devices reach corporate resources.

Every device that touches your network is a potential entry point. We integrate Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) to continuously monitor and enforce compliance; non-compliant devices are automatically blocked or quarantined.

For BYOD environments we apply strict policies that balance security with user flexibility — laptops, smartphones or IoT devices are secured before, during, and after they connect.

  • EDR integration
  • Device compliance checks before access
  • MDM for secure BYOD policies
01.06

Application & Data Protection

Keep sensitive data confidential, compliant and trusted — wherever it lives.

Applications and data are at the heart of every business, and top targets for attackers. We secure apps with Zero Trust controls at the application layer, and implement data classification, encryption at rest, in transit and in use, and strict access controls.

For DevOps teams, we embed Zero Trust into the development pipeline, enabling secure coding and deployment practices.

  • Application-layer security controls
  • Data classification and encryption
  • Secure DevOps practices
01.07

Visibility, Monitoring & Threat Detection

Continuous visibility, so threats can no longer hide.

Zero Trust requires continuous visibility. We deploy monitoring and analytics that track users, devices and transactions in real time; AI-driven tools flag anomalies and trigger automated responses.

By integrating SIEM with automated response, we cut detection and reaction times, while centralized logging supports audits, compliance and forensic investigations.

  • Real-time monitoring of user behavior and traffic
  • Automated detection and incident response
  • Centralized logging for compliance and audits
01.08

Continuous Optimization & Governance

Zero Trust is an evolving strategy, not a one‑time project.

We provide ongoing governance so your security policies stay ahead of emerging threats. Regular reviews, audits and updates keep controls effective as your organization grows, and security awareness training helps employees recognize and prevent threats.

We map your program against GDPR, HIPAA and ISO 27001 so you meet industry and regulatory requirements.

  • Regular policy reviews
  • Security awareness training
  • Compliance mapping: GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001

Multi-Vendor AI Governance

Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, AI inside every SaaS tool: one governance model for all of them, instead of one per vendor.

Most organizations already use AI from several vendors at once: Microsoft 365 Copilot, models on Azure, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or Mistral, and AI features switched on inside CRM, HR and ticketing platforms, often without IT knowing. We help you govern them as a single portfolio. The work starts with discovery: Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps and Microsoft Purview show which AI apps are in use, by whom and with which data. Each vendor is then assessed against the same criteria: data residency, use of your data for model training, security certifications, contract terms and EU AI Act obligations.

Controls are applied once and enforced everywhere. Approved AI apps sign in through Microsoft Entra with Conditional Access, and unsanctioned ones are blocked. Purview sensitivity labels and data loss prevention follow your data into prompts and responses. Model APIs from different providers sit behind a single AI gateway on Azure API Management, which centralizes authentication, quotas, logging and cost allocation per team. Agents get their own identities and an owner. All of this is anchored in an AI policy, a risk register and a review cycle aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.

  • Inventory of AI apps, models and agents, including shadow AI
  • Common vendor risk assessment: data use, residency, certifications, contracts
  • EU AI Act classification and obligations per use case
  • Single sign-on and Conditional Access for approved AI apps
  • Purview labels and DLP across prompts and responses
  • Multi-provider AI gateway: one entry point for every model
  • Usage and cost reporting by vendor, team and use case
  • AI policy, risk register and governance board
  • Alignment with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF
